About These Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between players ("User" or "Player") who use the mk3377 platform (including the site, mobile application, and all related services) and mk3377.
By accessing the platform, opening an account, or making a deposit, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are requested not to use the platform.
mk3377 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Account Registration and Eligibility
Age Requirement
You must be 21+ to use the mk3377 platform. Use of the platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. If age details are falsely provided, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will not be paid out.
Accuracy of Information
You must provide your correct name, national ID number, contact number, and payment details at the time of registration. Accounts with incorrect or incomplete personal information may have withdrawals restricted or the account closed.
One Account Per Person
Each player may only open one account. If multiple people in the same family want to use the platform, each person must register their own account using a different phone number and payment method. Duplicate accounts opened with the same payment method may be closed.
Deposit / Withdrawal Terms

The following methods are available for deposits and withdrawals on the mk3377 platform

Players must only use a payment method registered in their own name. Deposits from a third party's account are not allowed.
Minimum Amount
The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks, which applies equally to all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks.
Withdrawal Processing Time
After a withdrawal request is verified and approved, it will be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Cases requiring additional checks may take longer. Players must have their account fully verified before they can make a withdrawal.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
mk3377 offers new players making their first deposit a 150% first deposit bonus — up to 200,000 Ks. For example —
- Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 30,000 Ks → Balance 50,000 Ks → Wagering 30,000 Ks × 10 = 300,000 Ks
- Deposit 280,000 Ks → Bonus 200,000 Ks → Balance 480,000 Ks → Wagering 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks
To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be met. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
Bonus Restrictions
The following restrictions apply to bonus funds
- Each bonus can only be claimed once
- Each player may receive each bonus one time only
- After receiving a bonus, withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirement is met
- If mk3377 suspects a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, the bonus may be cancelled
VIP Cashback and Referral Program
Across five VIP levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond), weekly cashback of 0.2% to 1.2% is awarded. Through the referral program, when you invite a friend you will receive 10% of their first deposit (up to 30,000 Ks) as a bonus, plus 0.1% of your friend's valid wagers as a weekly commission. These amounts are subject to change and will only be paid out in accordance with mk3377 terms.
Game Rules and Fair Play
Fair Play
All games on the mk3377 platform use SSL encryption and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure the security of players' funds and fair play. Game outcomes cannot be predicted in advance and are guaranteed to be generated randomly without any interference.
Prohibited Actions
The following actions are prohibited on the platform
- Exploiting software bugs or technical glitches to gain an advantage
- Opening duplicate accounts to fraudulently obtain bonuses
- Knowingly placing bets on pre-arranged matches (match fixing)
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes
- Using automated bots or scripts to play
If any of the above actions are detected, the account will be suspended and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
Technical Issues and Game Interruptions
If a game is incomplete due to internet disconnection, system failure, or server error, mk3377 will review the records and take appropriate action. Funds lost due to technical issues on the player's side will not be refunded.
Personal Data Protection
Data Collection and Use

Account Security
Players must keep their login credentials (username / password) secure. If unauthorized access is detected, please notify us immediately at [email protected]. mk3377 is not responsible for any losses resulting from credentials shared by the player themselves.
mk3377's Limitation of Liability
Service Suspension
mk3377 may temporarily or permanently suspend services due to maintenance, legal requirements, server issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, only the player's remaining balance (deposited funds, not bonuses) will be refunded.
Limitation of Liability for Losses
mk3377 is not liable for losses arising from players' gameplay. Only actual losses directly caused by our service (deposited funds belonging to the player) will be compensated.
Third-Party Sites
This platform connects to third-party services (payment service providers, game providers). mk3377 is not responsible for any losses caused by failures of those third-party services.
Account Closure and Restriction
Conditions Under Which mk3377 May Close an Account
mk3377 may close a player's account without prior notice if any of the following occurs:
- Fraudulent bonus claiming is detected
- Exploiting game bugs for gameplay is detected
- Incorrect player personal information is detected
- Money laundering activity is suspected
- Player is found to be under 21
Player-Requested Closure
